We were pleasantly surprised that the download process was very simple and quick, too!  The software did attempt to download an adware program to our computer during the installation process, but we simply told the prompt to block the installation of the adware and the download was soon complete.  This was not hard at all, even for someone who is not at all tech savvy.  The website gives all of the details as to what the user should do at each download prompt, making it easy for first time casino software users.

When the download process was complete the casino required us to choose if we wanted a fun account or real money account.  We chose and then we were prompted to create an account providing information such as our first and last name, phone number, email address, and currency.  We inputted USD as it was an option, but then the software came back and told us that they cannot legally create accounts in our jurisdiction, so we simply chose another type of currency just so we could experience the casino first hand.  The second time we chose CAD and again we were given an error message.  We tried once again by selecting EUR currency and again we were given an error message and upon further inspection we decided it must be our phone number that was causing the error.  We attempted to create a false phone number but still we were not able to create an account.
